Contest Rules

1. Contest Period

   • The Moment of Glow contest runs from 22 October 2024 – 21 November 2024.
   • The Winner Announcement will be declared on 23 November 2024.

2. Eligibility

   • To apply for the contest, you must be at least 16 years of age and above.
   • The contest is open only to Ghanaian citizens residing in Ghana.
   • Participants must follow Epiglow on Instagram to ensure their entry is valid.

3. How to Participate

   • Visit momentofglow.shalina.com during the contest period.
   • Fill the participation form.
   • Click & Upload your #MomentofGlow picture.
   • Tell us about a memorable #MomentofGlow (minimum 150 characters).
   • Download and share this picture to your social media feed handles (Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok) with the hashtag #MomentofGlow and tag epiglow_skinscience_gh.
   • Click ‘Submit Now’ to complete your entry.

4. Participation Requirements

   • All entries will be featured on the Moment of Glow website in the Moments of Glow section, where the audience can vote for their favorites.
   • Incomplete entries or entries not adhering to the above guidelines will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

   • First position will win a cash prize of 1K GHC.
   • Second position will win a cash prize of 500 GHC.
   • Third position will win a cash prize of 300 GHC.
   • The winners will be contacted directly by Shalina HealthCare.
   • Lucky draw winners will be selected at random from social media posts that meet all the specified criteria, and will receive exciting Epiglow product hampers.

6. Rights and Usage

   • By entering the contest, participants grant Epiglow and Shalina HealthCare the rights to use their images and write-ups for promotions and marketing as and when required.
   • Epiglow and Shalina HealthCare can use the contact details of participants to reach out in the future on WhatsApp, SMS, social media, etc., for future contests, new launches, etc.
   • Epiglow reserves the right to cancel, modify, alter/amend, extend, or withdraw the contest and its terms at any time at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. Selection of Winners

   • The overall quality and creativity of the submitted content.
   • The level of engagement (likes, comments, shares) on the participant’s posts.
   • Our internal team will make the final decision, taking into account the effort, quality, and engagement demonstrated.
   • In the event of a tie, the winners will be selected by the internal management team based on their discretion.

8. Final Judgment and Decision

   • The final judgment and decision of the winners is final and cannot be contested. All decisions made by Epiglow and the management committee regarding the selection of winners and the contest are binding.

9. Disqualification

   • Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
   • The decision of Epiglow regarding any aspect of the contest is final and binding.
